Player ratings and conversations from Spurs fighting

Tottenham Hotspur returned 2-0 down and asked for a point against Bournemouth on Sunday afternoon.
After a flat and lifeless screen in Alkmaar on Thursday, Ange Postecoglou must be wished to get his side out of the blocks that shoot on cherries. However, despite the return of Cristiano Romera, the Spurs could easily be a couple in an introductory ten minutes.
Probably the best emergency team in Premier league He is an early desolation, mercilessly returned to high quality. Two tiny Guglielmo Vicario Saves ensured that visitors did not break the stack, and the competition settled after the angry first 15 minutes.
The hosts began to have more joy by breaking the print Bournemouth to find a spare man between the lines, but they could rarely use the promising situations they worked in. Kepa Arizabalaga was far from a busy man, and the Spaniard just needed to simply stop from Dominic Solanko’s header.
It looked like the two sides would go half -time at halftime, but the moment of serious quality of Milos Kerkez helped Bournemouth open scorings just before the interval. The left back jumped to pick up Porr’s pass to Underhit to Brennan Johnson, ran down a touched line and delivered an amazing cross for Marcus Tavernier in the back position. The midfielder through Vicario was not bad.
The cherries had a magnificent second for the offside after the VAR intervention, and the Spurs had to renew the parity over Pope Sarr before the visitors eventually doubled their leadership with a smooth Evanilson ending over Vicario. The signs were malicious for postecoglou and spurs, and the quiet Tottenham Hotspur stadium that entered the apathy. However, they succeeded after Sarra’s cross shooting crossed over the kepe and in the end corner to halve the deficit of the house.
Bournemouth declined panic afterwards and quickly renewed control with the Spurs, continuing to fight in the upgrade. The third cherry goal seemed probable before the hosts came out excellent, released his son Heung-Dom on the left and won a sentence after Kepa inexplicably made South Korean. AND Syringe Skipper enhanced and a cold straightened result with less than ten minutes remaining.
It was a messy end of a fun competition with both teams that fought to have a moment of moment that wins.

Both Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven were absent most of the 2024/25, but the couple enjoyed returning on Sunday. Romero took the first start in three months, lasted an hour before Van de Ven replaced him in what was certainly a pre -planned replacement.
The couple is central to this Tottenham team, but neither could provide the necessary stability. Romero endured a rocky start in the face of Bournemouth fierce but smart presses, giving the ball several times that led to good early chances. Argentine, who returned on time for March International, showed his quality through several Scything passes into the legs of Rodrig Bentancura between the lines.
Romero was far from his best, but there were signs before his withdrawal rust from a long absence was shaken. The 30-minute Kameo van de Ven was less notable, even though the ride ran down the left, lit the crowd of Spurs tamed. He just got into a conflict when Evalilson doubled the leadership of the Bournemouth, and the Dutchman struggled to immediately develop a relationship with the arrival in January Kevin Danso.
While Danso is undoubtedly an upgrade at work Dragusin, Spurs fans longed for seeing Romera again and van de Ven in action. Indications from Sunday suggest that we will see a tandem on Thursday night.
Andons Irajera Bournemouth hit this season above his weight because of his ability to win their backs. They are a great emergency team, and visitors smelled blood on Sunday afternoon.
We saw a compact AZ team that pressed more sporadically on Sunday, utilizing the uncertain accumulation of Tottenham, and although the hosts returned here to Romero in the team, Bournemouth constantly forced people postecoglou to dangerous gifts. They do not doubt, but they do not doubt, but there is also an effective permeability for their work. Their time is in place, as well as the corners that the presses are occupied when closing the space to make sure there is no simple way out.
In the introductory ten minutes, Bournemouth recorded three goals on the target, making only nine successful passes. Only pressing should be seen in a 2-0 lead (before they actually increased by several goals).
Their intensity rarely stopped, although the Spurs produced several smooth sequences that made them progress to the field. Such cases were very rare, and Bournemouth controlled the competition as a result. They were supposed to see the game without a lot of crowds, but the questionable decision from Kep meant they were late.
