From the Pandemia Coid-19, the Philippines became the epicenter of the internet sexual abuse of children. Customers, mostly Westerners, pay only a few dozen dollars to watch the rape of the baby live. The perpetrators of these crimes are often family members – Incest Aku who have brought out the extremely poor Filipinos, who can earn an equivalent of a year of salaries in just a few days. This phenomenon, marked by extreme violence, encourages endemic poverty in the country and an easy access to the Internet. The anonymity of internet streaming also makes it difficult for investigations. While the authorities regularly arrest families living on rape their children, it is far from enough to complete the sexual exploitation of children online.
