The Wisconsin Law and Freedom (Will) appeal filed an appeal of the IX title on behalf of parents in the Civic Rights Office of the Department of Education (OCR) and the US Main Bonda General State Prosecutor’s Secondary School for “Comparison of Security and Privacy Puppets.”

“Parents send their children to school so they can learn in a safe environment, but that didn’t happen here. My daughter was punished for committing his own privacy and security. The wrong priorities of the district left us choice than to leave school,” said former Westosha Nicholas Puchter.
The complaint states that at the beginning of the second semester last December, two students, “Jane Doe 1” and “Jane Doe 2”, began a new physical education course in which they became aware that male transgender students would be allowed to change to the girl’s locker room.
“Although some girls could use some available toilet stands to change their privacy and beyond the male student, others could not because of a limited time offered to change. The result was a full and unpleasant environment in which many girls felt pressure on inadequate choice between exposure and obstacle,” the complaint said.
After Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 2 expressed “discomfort and shame” to the need to take off in front of a male student with their teacher at the gym, he claims to be told “they are not worried about it” and that they will be considered a “harassment” not to allow a transgender student to use a closet room for girls.

The complaint is said to have also called the parents of two girls a school administration office to demand that they deal with the problem. However, a transgender student is still allowed to change in the same locker room, the appeal claims.
During the winter break, Westosha also sent a letter to the families, claiming that “no reports of inappropriate behavior in the locker room were not presented to the school staff or implementation of the law,” but regardless, the school said she “took steps to ensure that all students feel safe and comfortable in the locker room.”
The complaint says that Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 2 faced academic punishments when they tried to avoid a change in front of transgender students.
Jane Doe 1 allegedly “got the many times unprecedentedly absent, trying to avoid the leaky view of a male student in the locker room.”

In one case, Jane Doe 1 tried to sit in the bathroom for girls in front of the locker room to avoid a male student when the teacher “yelled” at her for skipping the class and forced her to return to the class, the appeal said.
Jane Doe 2 was also absent on several occasions because she would wait for the empty stand to change the clothing for teaching. Although her absence was forgiven after her father called school, she still received a failed grade in the class, the appeal said. Her family eventually decided to get her out of Westosha, located in Lake Paddock, a village in Kenosho County, which borders on Illinois.
