Pakistan Superstar officially confirms IPL availability
Expressing the desire to play in the Indian Premier League (IPL), Pakistan Fast-Bowler Mohammad Amir said he would be entitled to the 2026 tournament.
Pacer of the left hand has applied for British citizenship, but one has yet to get a passport. While his wife, Narjis, is a UK citizen, Mohammad Amir is still waiting to get a passport. If he gets a passport, he will truly be entitled to a store in IPL.
While Mohammad Amir withdrew from the International Crown in 2020, he came out of retirement to represent men in Green in the World Cup of T20 2024. However, he re -retired immediately after the end of the World Cup and is now waiting for him to receive a British passport. The 32-year-old hopes to receive a passport in 2026 and imagines his chances of playing in IPL.

“Next year, such an opportunity to ban Rahi agar Hua Kyu Nahi (until next year I will have the opportunity to play in IPL -Ui if they are given the opportunity, why). I’ll play at IPL,” Mohammad Amir said in the show “Harna Mana Hai.”

In response, Fast-Bowler said: “Pakistani cryrkets were banned at IPL, but our former cricket commented, and there were franchisees.”
Mohammad Amir meant the characters of the Wasi Akram and Ramiz Razi who spent the trade in the IPL, even after Pakistan players were banned from playing in the tournament. Akram was the coach of Knight Riders in Kolkuta, while making his trade as a commentator.
Pakistani Mohammad Amir is not the first
If Mohammad Amir continues to play in IPL, he will not be the first player from Pakistan to play in IPL after the ban. In 2012, former Allrounder Azhara Mahmood was signed by Punjab Kings (then Kings XI Punjab). Mahmood, who represented Pakistan in the International Crite from 1997 to 2007, received a green light to play in IPL because of his British citizenship.
Amir observes a similar path to playing in IPL -I hopes to get the green light until next year. During the same show, he also expressed admiration for the Indian superstar Virat Kohli, saying, “The virat is great and admires the talent.
