“I’m not dealing with it at all. The only thing I would do with was not running the players. So, you have to have room to take over the transfer,” said Izo about the program operated by the portal, through The The Detroit Free Press. “And maybe we would have one (spot) if everyone came back. Maybe we wouldn’t. If you don’t have videos, why do you do it? So I can get someone better? I can get a better girl because one I have is not good enough? I don’t know, I get a better woman because the one I have is not good enough?
“This is not a loaded question, this is the one I really have a zero interest in answering, because I think it’s funny to NCAA or any other entity to compile these two things that people like you have to set up. And I appreciate them you have to ask them. And I am upset when people talk to our children about them.

“I saw what happened in one school. The teams get the opportunity to play in Sweet 16, and people go into the transfer portal. The kids have to do what they got, and they really don’t do what they have to do. They do what their parents or their agents say they still can’t work if they can’t be in that country.
Izo later added that he was trying to focus on preparing for Ole Miss And they didn’t want to “cheat” their players.

The Spartans have failed to reach the last four in recent years. The last time the team was so far away was in 2019, when he lost to Texas Tech.
