Mother Illinois filed a complaint with trance students in a locker room for girls

Mother Illinois filed an appeal for civil rights to Ministry of Justice After claiming that school administrators tried to force their 13-year-old daughter to change last month in front of a transgender student in the girl’s locker room.
Nicole Georgas revealed an appeal during a meeting of the Education Committee for Deerfield 109 public schools Last week, arguing that the incident happened last month after her daughter refused to move to uniform during physical education, as a biological student was present at the time.

“Girls want their locker rooms and bathrooms back. They want their privacy back. That’s why I’m here tonight. These are the well-being, mental health and privacy of my 13-year-old daughter, “Georgas said during her speech at the Committee meeting on Thursday.

According to Georgas, her daughter was “frightened” and “extremely upset” when she used a baby bathroom on February 5th and noticed that a transgender student was also using objects at the same time.
“The administration told her that a student could use the bathroom as well as a female locker room because they now identify themselves as a female,” Georgas said of the administrators of the explanations they allegedly provided to her daughter.
Georgas then raised that question to the school administration, noting that she believed that it was a direct violation of President Donald Trump “Maintenance of men from female sport” Executive command. In her speech, she said that the administration informed her that, under the guidance of their legal advisor, a student was also free to use a bathroom for girls and a locker room for girls.
Georgas launched this question to the school administration, noting that she believed that it was a direct violation of President Donald Trump’s executive order “the execution of men from female sports.”
Fox News Digital addressed the school district for comment.
“On that day, I filed an appeal for civil rights, on behalf of my daughter, with the Ministry of Justice. This was now referred to the Ministry of Education. The federal appeal was submitted to the district to protect students.”
Georgas said that the situation was worse when, for days later, her daughter and other classmates refused to change to uniform during physical education because she was a student of transgender persons present.
She claimed that the next day the school administrators pulled the girls aside and later made them change into the uniform.
“That day, [Assistant Superintendent for Student Services] Joanna Ford, [Assistant Principal] Cathy van Treese and more teachers entered the girl’s locker room, making them change to the uniform. That lasted all week, “she said, adding that her daughter still” refused to participate “.

As part of Georgas’s speech, she “asked” for the district to move forward with the appointment of facilities for biological males and biological females.
Georgas appeared last week in the “American Reports” when she expressed his greatest concern about the situation.
“This sets such a dangerous precedent for girls everywhere by allowing men to safe places. My biggest concern is that an adult, a biological male – who has not crossed – can freely approach women’s bathrooms [and] The locker rooms, bringing their safety and privacy to danger. This is common sense. ”
