Shooting Las Cruces, New MexicoThey left three dead and 14 injuries, according to the Las Cruces Police Facebook page. Authorities say the two deceased were 19 years old and one was 16, while the age of the injured were in the range of 16 to 36.
The KTSM crew, a local NBC branch, allegedly talked to a family who believed that one of their relatives may have been killed in the shootingalthough this has not been confirmed.

The shooting happened around 10:00 pm on Friday at a park in the city. The police did not arrestBut say they “actively follow multiple potentials”.

The police closed the roads near Young Park while exploring the incident. They receive assistance from New Mexico State Police, Sheriff’s Don Ana Sheriff Office, FBI -AI agents from alcohol, tobacco, firearms and explosives.

“As with all the works of weapons violence in our city and beyond, my heart is broken because of the victims, and the families have influenced. This was awful violence that would leave our city mourning,” Bencomomo wrote. “In the following days, they will be difficult and chaotic, but we have to focus on supporting those who are directly affected by their families.”
Bencomo also called the public to refrain from spreading misinformation and rumors, advising them to “be imagined in what you share or repeat.”
