Matt Stevens Dies: The Super Bowla Champion passes in 51

Former NFL The defensive back of Matt Stevens died, his family announced. He was 51 years old.
According to the obituaryStevens died on March 20th. The cause of death was not presented immediately.
“With great sadness, we announce the passage of Matthew Stevens at the age of 51, a beloved son and father,” said the obituary.
Stevens has been in Durham in North Carolina since he retired from football in 2003.

Stevens climbed a football star in Appalachian statewhere he became a double all -American. He is a member of an App State Athletics Hall of Fame Matt Stevens.
The football program expressed condolences to Stevens’s loved ones.
Buffalo accounts selected Stevens in the third round of the 1996 NFL. He recorded six in his career six intercepts in the 1999 regular season when he played for Washington.

Stevens played for New English patriots In 2001, he was a member of the winning team Patriots Super Bowl XXXVI. The Patriots 20-17 victory over the Ramsi marked the first Super Bowla title in the history of the franchise and began the new England dynasty.

Stevens eventually had a dispute with five NFL teams.
Stevens was in a motorcycle accident in 2007 and as a result was paralyzed from the waist. A few years later, he used special bras that allowed him to regain his ability to walk.

The Stevens Memorial Service is scheduled for Friday at Chapel Hill in North Carolina.

Stevens survives “his mother, Jean Thillberg, his father Vincent Stevens, his brother Mark Stevens and his children Cassidie and Colin Stevens of Avon, New Jersey, as well as aunt, uncle and relatives,” said the eight.
