Ellie Kildunne claimed a hat-trick Red Roses because England proved too strong for Wales in six women’s countries, beating 67-12 at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff.
The hosts began excellently and hit the lead through an opponent’s attempt by Jenni Scoble, but their light opening after that was quite quickly revealed.
In a devastating eight -minute magic, red roses hit three attempts through no. 8 Maddie Feauna, Center Megan Jones and Tighthead Sarah Bern, while the fourth was added through Feaunata eight minutes later.
In the second half, Kildunne’s full back marked the occasion of her 50th, eight-minute hat-trick cap before the wing of Abby Dow (two) and the replacement return of Abi Burton (two) achieved a further attempt by any side of Wales with the row of Kate Williams.
