Aimee Cotton, 41, arrested the authorities on March 13, charged with attack and battery on a child with injury and reckless threat, according to an arrest report report Massachusetts state police.

The victim was initially taken to an ambulance at Martha’s Vineyard Hospital and later transported helicopter Boston Medflight in Massachusetts General Hospital in a critical state.
The victim died six days later.
The arrest report indicates that Cotton first told the officials that she and the children had a relatively normal morning during which she tried to take them for a walk, but abolished the idea and took the children home when one of them did not work.
She said she took her children back to her home, where they played with toys and ate lunch, explaining that she began to load her vehicle with hockey equipment shortly after noon and changed her baby diapers in the process, before putting them in the vehicle.

Cotton, who was described as “cooperation,” he told the police that the children were alone in the car for more than 15 minutes, calling the police around 1:15 pm because one of the children looked “sick and sick”.
Shortly thereafter, the police received a nesting camera with Cotton’s permission, which contained surveillance shots outside the house.
These footage told a completely different story.
Police said that around 9:15 pm Cotton could be seen entering the approach to her Chevrolet Tahoe 2021. She allegedly spent 10 minutes unloading items from the car and brought them inside, but none of the children were removed from the car.

Police said it had been a period of almost three hours without any activities on the nest recording, before around noon began to load the SUV with hockey equipment. During the next hour, she loaded the vehicle and briefly brought a younger child, who survived, within the house for about 10 minutes before she returned that child to the car.
Then she called 911 to report a victim not responding.
The next morning, state soldiers brought cotton to examination, where she capitulated and told police officers that she had left her children in the car for about three hours while cooked food, attended her personal hygiene, packed her son’s son hockey equipment and completed other jobs.

The arrest report states that cotton showed remorse, but also justified her behavior.
Initially, she was arrested on March 14 for attacking and battery on a child with injury and reckless threat. She was reserved in the Dukes district and submitted later that day.
On March 20, the day after the child died, she was included in the Edgartown District Court under the accusation of murder.

Cotton declared that he was not guilty of killing the murder and published $ 21,000 bail. It was released with GPS monitor. The police from 6pm was also awarded and mandatory.
Cotton faces up to 20 years in prison if he is convicted. Her next court date is scheduled for April 3.
