The speaker of Maine House Ryan Fecteau, who passed the censorship, is the chief defendant in the lawsuit, together with the President of the MP, Robert Hunta. The Office of the Attorney General Maine will represent Fecteau.
Libby’s lawsuit seeks to renew her vote and speech rights. Fecteau said earlier that Libby’s rights would be renewed when she apologized, but she did not intend to apologize. On Tuesday, in an interview with Fox News Digital, Libby said in an interview that she encouraged Fecteau to restore her rights to avoid taking the case to court and cost taxpayers the price of any potential litigation proceedings.
Libby represents more than 9,000 ingredients in Maine’s House 90, and six of them signed a lawsuit as prosecutors, because Censorship interfered with her ability to help conduct other legislative actions to serve these voters.
