Luis Rubiales: The new trial requested the former football chief of the football chief through the unconscious World Cup kiss at Jenna Hermoso | Football news

Prosecutors seek to re -indulge in former Spanish football president Luis Rubiales, saying that the referee had wrongly kept some evidence from the court.
Rubiales was found guilty of sexual abuse and was fined more than € 10,000 (£ 8,400) for players Jenni Hermoso after the World Cup final in 2023.
He and three other defendants – Federation officials – were cleared of charges of coercion they faced for the alleged attempt to convince Hermoso to reduce the kiss that caused anger in Spain and interfered with the celebration of his first World Cup trophy.
Prosecutors have requested a two and a half years in prison for charges of sexual abuse and coercion. He denied injustice.
Prosecutors mourned on Thursday, claiming that the case judge did not wrongly allow some evidence to be introduced, and some questions were also incorrectly rejected. Prosecutors said the judge was unclear and called for a new judge to oversee the new trial.
Hermoso said that the judgment of the guilt for Rubiales set an “important precedent” for women’s rights.
The Spanish National Court also banned Rubiales to enter within 200 meters (yard) from Hermos or communicate with her for a year.
