Kl Rahul unhappy hitting in no. 6? Indian coach makes a great revelation
Indian national cricket coach Sitanshu Kotak finally revealed if Kl Rahul’s star is happy as he moves away in position No.6 in Gljeski.
Sitanshu Kotak also showering the rich praise of KL Rahul for the versatility he offers in Team India, as he has the ability to play as an opener and as a middle -row dough.

Gautam Gambhir & Co. Making KL Rahul Bat on No.6
The 32-year-old KL Rahul dough made it to hit the position No.6 in the ODIS by the team management under the guidance of Gautam Gambhir.
Earlier, he once hit No.5. However, with the preference of the main coach towards the left right combination, the versatile Axar Patel got a place no.5, and Kl Rahul was pushed further down the command.
This move of the Indian team management has received mixed views from former crickets and experts. The characters did Ganesh gautam Gambhir to get too much experimenting with Rahul’s position, while some other experts supported this decision.
Talking about the performance of the right dough, Rahul hit well and played a key role in some of India’s victories. In the current ICC Champions Trophy 2025, he registered results of 41*, 23 and 42*.

In an interview with the media on Friday, March 7th, Sitanshu Kotak revealed that Kl Rahul was happy to perform any role required by the team of team. Sitanshu Kotak stated (as quoted by PTI):
“He is someone who can open up, someone who can go at 4 or 5, and someone who does what number 6 requires. He adapts well and is very happy in the role he performs.
“When he starts performing on that number that obviously helps him and because he is a different situation in which he enters. So, it’s great for that. But whatever I talked to him, he will be happy to do whatever the team requires, and he does.”

Sitanshu Kotak further spoke about pressure on the players who went to the ICC champion of Trophy 2025 against New Zealand.
He said that seniors like Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli and others talk to young people regularly to make sure they were not under any pressure before the conflict at the top.
“Seniors, young players … Everyone talks. It’s something very invaluable. Rohit, Virat, Hardik, these guys talk along with Shami and Jadej.
“They have 15-20 years of experience. They talk to players playing for two or three years. So, some things, obviously, learn with experience,” said India coach.
