King Charles pushed Camill to be the queen despite her complaints: the author

Camilla once hated the idea of being a queen – and she had a few words of choice for her husband.
The claim was presented by the royal author Tom Quinn in his new book, “Yes Madam: The secret life of the royal servants.” Quinn spoke with hundreds of former and current members of the Palace Staff to find out what it was like to watch the Windsor house.

“Camilla definitely didn’t want to be a queen because she’s intelligent enough to know that once you become a queen or an older member of the royal family, you’re constantly under a microscope,” Quinn told Fox News Digital.
“And I think Camilla, only in the 1970s, when she first met Charles, decided,” I don’t want to get married. “Not because she didn’t love him.

“But she obviously said,” I will not be able to deal with the queen. I don’t want to be a queen because it’s too much focus, too much attention to me. “She enjoyed that she could have a private life outside the spotlight, but Charles refused to give up.”

The staff member claimed that Quinn da Camilla “hates the idea of being the queen.” An unnamed helper claimed that Camilla would regularly tell Charles: “Can’t we get out of all this protocol? They are all Bocks.” But Charles, who “hates swearing”, would reply: ” [become queen] For me, dear. “

“It’s all focused on what you do,” Quinn explained. “You have a print, which is sometimes very intrusive in the royal family in the UK. The media has generally got, you have a world press, television – everything is focused on what you do.”

“[But] Charles continued the relationship, as well -known, through his marriage with [Princess] Diana, ” Quinn shared. “That was just because Charles wouldn’t give up that Camilla Queen was a queen. But I also think she was old, she realized that she could be a queen. She could manage a life -style that Charles couldn’t escape. And so, in the end, I think they gathered and married.”

But the king’s children, Prince William and Prince Harry were said to do not want to have Camill as a stepmother, let alone a future queen. Quinn claimed in his book that the brothers “could be cruel to Camill,” Nadi her “Lady Macbeth”, “Cruella de Vil” and “Witch West”.
But their pleas that Charles do not marry Camilla fell on deaf ears.

“Many staff told me that Charles’ relying on Camill is very similar to William’s reliance on [his wife] Kate [Middleton],,“Quinn explained.” Charles relies on Camill because of the stability and warmth and all the emotional things he did not get as a child. And that’s why he couldn’t give it up.
“They made Camill great from someone who didn’t like it, even hated, because she was seen as another woman in Charles’ relationship with Diana. And now she is very well loved, which was very difficult to do. And that talks about her.”
“It’s a very romantic story in some ways,” Quinn thought. “They didn’t give up on each other.”

Many were supposed to forgive Charles in Britain, a man whose recognized unbelief brought such pain to the “folk princess” before died in a Paris car accident in 1997. But the public mood softened after Charles married Camilla Parker-Bowles in 2005 and became a Duchess of Cornwall.

Although Camilla played a significant role in breaking Charles’ first marriage, she eventually defeated many Britons because of her ground -floor style. She also softened Charles’s hard edges and made it more affordable.

In the interviews that led to January 2023. The publication of his “Reserve” memoir, Harry accused Camill of leaking private conversations with the media to burn his own reputation. He also accused members of the royal family of entering “the devil” to gain a favorable coverage of the tabloid, singing out Camilla’s efforts to rehabilitate his image after a long -standing affair with his father.

“That made her dangerous because of the relationships she forged in the British press,” he told CBS. “A willingness is open on both sides for trading information. And with a family built on a hierarchy, but on her way to being Queen Consort, people or bodies will be left on the street.”
Writing about my father’s wedding with Camill, Harry says, “I had complex feelings for gaining a stepfather, which he believed, he recently sacrificed me on his personal PR altar.”
Still, he says he wanted his father to be happy.
“In a funny way, I even wanted Camilla happy. Maybe she would be less dangerous if she was happy?”

In his book, Harry said that he and William had previously “prayed” to his father not to marry Camill, worrying that he would become a “wicked stepmother.”

It is said that Charles does not take any of Harry’s phone calls – and for one royal author it is easy to see why.
“When Harry marks the stepmother Camilla and the” villain “in his book and revealed that he and William initially begged his father not to marry, Harry committed what Charles considers cardinal sin,” Christopher Andersen, author of the book “King”, Fox News Digital said earlier.

“No one rejects Camill in the royal circles and does not escape with that – not even the son of the king,” Andersen warned.

Anderson also noted that Harry’s explosive memoir was a big blow to his father.
