In a recent interview with southern China Morning Post, Superlek addressed his last twitching with Rodang and admitted that he was intrigued by the idea of MMA fights.
“I think it will be challenging, like a good challenge, you know, because it’s something I never did before. And Rodang said he was calling me. We fought at Muay Thai, I did kickboxing, which is something I never did before. So it will be great.”
Superlek and Rodang concluded in the fight with Muay Thai from the century in 2023, and the former fled with a victory in the narrowest margin.
All jokes aside, Rodtang has had little MMA experience since he fought against Demetrious Johnson in a mixed round competition. Superlek, on the other hand, also has teasing the MMA transition in the future.
