Israel continues the attacks in Gaza despite the trial
Israeli forces killed at least nine Palestinians in Gaza on Saturday strikes, according to the Ministry of Health in Gaza, the latest series of Israeli attacks on the enclave, which held on despite about a two -month tribute with Hamas.
Since the interruption of the fire came into force in mid -January, the army performed constant blows to Gaza. Israel accused the militants of threatening their forces by installing explosive devices, flying drones or approaching where the Israeli troops are distributed.
Hamas claimed that these attacks had been killed by more than 150 people since the truce came into force, at least some of them civilians. And he accused Israel of repeating the agreement repeatedly by continuing military operations.
On Saturday, the Israeli army announced that he had hit two militants who operated unmanned aircraft representing a threat and then hit a vehicle transporting others who arrived to collect operating equipment for drones. It did not develop how they represented the threat of Israeli troops.
Ismail Thawabteh, General Director of the Government Media under the control of Hamas in Gaza, said nine Palestinians killed on strike worked for charity. The identities and statuses of the killed could not be checked independently.
The Israeli army said earlier on Saturday that it hit three militants in Central Gaza who were trying to install explosive devices on the ground near Israeli soldiers. Officers of the Ministry of Health in Gaza did not respond to the commentary requests.
The permanent burimate of Israeli strikes is a reminder that, although Israel and Hamas have reached an agreement that has paused most of the fights in Gaza, the comprehensive truce is still nowhere in sight. In Lebanon, Israel conducts a similar air campaign against the Lebanese armed group of Hezbollaha-Hamas ally-notch of American interruption of fire, saying that Israeli forces attack the places and operatives who violated the agreement.
The war in Gaza began after Hamas’s deadly 7th October, 2023 attacks on southern Israel, in which about 1,200 people were killed, mostly civilians, according to the Israeli government. About 250 others were returned to Gaza as hostage.
Israeli subsequent military campaign against Hamas killed more than 48,000 people, including thousands of children, according to the Ministry of Health in Gaza. The data does not distinguish civilians and fighters, and the Israeli army claims that they “eliminated” almost 20,000 Hamas operatives.
Israeli leaders say that they will not end the war against Hamas until they demolish the reign of the Gaza group and the territory no longer represents the threat to Israel. Hamas showed a willingness to give up civilian gauze management, but drew a red line at the dissolution of his battalions of armed fighters.
Israel and Hamas should negotiate the following steps in the fire interruption agreement, which would include the permanent end of the war, the release of the remaining living hostages and the complete withdrawal of Israeli forces from Gaza.
Mediators, including the United States, Qatar and Egypt, have made a little progress so far with regard to the rooted disagreements between the two sides.
Israeli forces remain arranged in the tampon zone within the gauze and along the Horidor Philadelphi, which passes along the border of gauze with Egypt. According to the terms of terms, Israel was to be withdrawn from the corridor from Philadelphi until mid -March.
