A airline spokesman shared a statement with Fox News Digital and confirmed that they work with laws to implement the law and have a “zero tolerance” for this type of behavior.
“Delta has a zero tolerance for rude behavior and collaborated with the bodies of law enforcement in the investigation,” spokesman Delta Air Lines shared in a statement.

Neither the Avio -Company nor the FAA split what had happened or if the passenger faced any criminal or civil sentence.
