Hamas ignores Trump’s threat, refuses to release more hostages without a tribute

Hamas Terrorist group on Thursday rejected the president Donald Trump The latest threat and refused to release more Israeli hostages without a permanent trial agreement in the Gaza zone.
A spokesman for Hamas Abdel-Llatif al-Qanunou said he was “the best path to release the remaining Israeli hostages” through the negotiations on the second phase of the tribute agreement.
The first phase of the truce, which lasted 42 days, ended on Saturday. The second phase was supposed to start in early February, although only limited preparatory conversations have been held so far.
Hamas’s response comes after Trump met with eight former hostages in Washington and posted what he called a “Last warning” to Hamas On his social platform on Wednesday.

“” Shalom Hamas “means a greeting and goodbye – you can choose,” the president’s post began. “Release all the hostages now, not later, and immediately return all the dead bodies of the people you killed, or it’s over for you.”

Trump added that she “Sending Israel everything This needs to complete the job, “and that” no Hamas member will be sure if you do not say it.
“Also, people from Gaza: A wonderful future awaits, but not if you keep hostage,” the president wrote. “If you do, you are dead! Get a smart decision. Get rid of hostages now or will be hell pay later!”
It is believed that Hamas still has 24 live hostages taken away in October 7, 2023, which led to the underway war. It also holds the bodies of 34 others who were either killed in an initial attack or captivity, as well as the remains of soldiers killed in the 2014 war.

The Israeli military offensive killed over 48,000 Palestinians, mostly women and children, according to the Gaza Ministry of Health, who does not say how many of the dead there were militants. Israel says he killed over 17,000 fighters without giving evidence.
