Gwen Stefani Faced with the Committee of some of her fans after she recently spoke about her Catholic faith and her partnership with the Hallow prayer and meditation application.
The 55-year-old singer first announced collaboration with Hallow in a video that was divided on Instagram in December. In Klip, Stefani invited fans to join her in the application at a 25-day prayer challenge to celebrate the Advent season ahead of the Christmas holiday.
On Wednesday, Hitmaker “Hollaback Girl” launched another prayer challenge for Hallow to mark 40 days of Lent. Stefani appeared in an Instagram video, wearing a white sleeveless dress and a golden cross necklace as she addressed her followers.
“Do you want us to get closer to God this vessel? I would love to invite you to join me in prayer every day leading to Easter on the Hallow app,” Stefani said at the beginning of the clip.

“I love this app and I use it every day,” she continued. “For Lent do this amazing 40-day prayer challenge. You will join Millions of Christians Around the world, including the incredible Mark Wahlberg, Jonathan Roumie, Father Mike Schmitz and more in meditating on Jesus’ path to the cross. ”
“It will be the most comfortable Lent of our lives,” Stefani added. “Download the night and join me in prayer. God bless.”
In the description of her post, Stefani celebrated the beginning of Lent and shared her excitement for using the application to observe “40 days of prayer, fasting and thinking that leads to Easter every year.”
“I’m trying to make it more intentional this time and I’m so excited that I am doing @Hallowapp’s praise begging Challenge – the way,” she wrote. “This challenge is all in deepening our faith and the memory of what Jesus did for us.”
Stefani explained that the challenge for prayer40 led “amazing” people, including Wahlberg, Chris Pratt and “The Selected” Star Roumie.
The three -time winner of the Grammy Award has revealed that the subscribers of the application “will even hear their own story of faith as part of her.”

Stefani’s post attracted a mixed reaction of fans, some of whom praised the singer for talking about his faith and others who expressed their surprise and anger.
Doug Eldridge of Achilles PR, told Fox News Digital that Stefani could increase it following becoming louder about his faith, explaining that the society moves into a “new era” that is more welcome to religious expression.

However, Stefani’s post seemed to antagonize, disgusted and confused some of his fans, who left critical comments on her post.
“I miss the old Gwen,” wrote one user of social media.
“Gwen is gone anymore. What a huge disappointment,” one commentator wrote, with other fans who came in, “this really is not Gwen We all adults loved, ”
“I’m afraid we lost it,” wrote a user of social media with tearful emoji. “She went to the dark side.”

Some of the negative comments on Stefani’s post welcomed the returnees of other fans, who pointed out that the singer was long sincere for her pious Catholic faith.

In the past, Stefani has repeatedly discussed her faith, and she showed her compliance with Catholic laws before marrying her second husband, Blake.
In March 2019, US Weekly reported that Stefani and Shelton He postponed his wedding until the Catholic Church officers canceled their marriage to his first wife, Gavin Rossdale.
