French city of Nice Backtracks on banning a ship for large cruise in an effort to market companies

On Friday, Mayor of Nice withdrew plans to ban large cruise ships from the French city of Riviera to prevent pigeon. The original plan was praised by ecologists, but it caused fervor among local businesses owners and cruise industry.
