Leeds Rhinos reached a huge victory in the fifth round of the Super League as they hung to pick up a 12-10 victory over the Wigan Warriors at the Amt Hedinogley Stadium.
Leeds had a slight advantage at half-time thanks to an unspoiled attempt by Riley and Jake Connor Punishment, Wigan hit the dying moments of halftime via Liam Marshall to score at 6-4.
Wigan then hit the front with Bevan France, but the key moment came while Ryan Hall, on his 500th look at his career, came up with head help to send Jack Sinfield with Connor turned into Fondor to put Leeds 12-10 in front.
From there, the rhinos were hung full-time with the ruling Wigan champions, who was spying on by hand, sending a southern booth.
The victory crosses Leeds to the sixth table, and Wigan remained forward in the fifth, despite the loss.
