Femke Bol is reminiscent of her 400m internal world record after skipping the early races in the 2025 season

Femke pain, a multiple Olympic medal from the Netherlands, is currently relaxing during the 2025 season’s preliminary leg. The 25-year-old Sprinter recently shared memories of her 400 m inner world record, which she created last year.
The pain conveyed his photo with a worldwide record on his Instagram story. The Dutch athlete has achieved a world record of 49.17 seconds at a closed event at 400 m at the World Cup in Glasgow. The pain inscribed a post as,
“A year ago”
The Dutch athlete has won two gold medals at the World Cept -U into 400m World Cup and 4x400m relay. The pain conveyed the Instagram post shortly after this historical achievement, where she wrote,
“The World World Champion ❤️🔥🥇🥇
Winning in the world record, to be on the podium with Liek, and then return a day later with our incredible team to win another gold, something is so special
Thanks to the incredible people involved in achieving these medals, my coaches, teammates, medical teams, sponsors, family and friends, you are the best! ✨
And thanks Glasgow for the atmosphere of Amaaazing 🥰 “
The pain had a relatively successful Season 2024. Although she could not overcome her main competitor Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone at 400 m obstacles, the Dutch athlete helped Team Nitherlands win a surprise medal in the mixed 4x400M relay finale, just hours after Team USA broke the world record. The pain also contributed to the silver medalist of the 4x400M women’s staff at the Paris Olympics, before ending the year at the top with a fourth consecutive title in Diamond League.
Femke pain reveals its reason for skipping individual races during the primary leg 2025.
Dutch athlete Femke Bol did not participate in the early individual races of the 2025 season. The 25-year-old Sprinter discovered at the end of January why she decided to continue the decision.
Pain wrote a rather long post on Instagram in this regard, where she is said,,
“After the last Olympic cycle with the years full of incredible competitions indoors and outdoors, we decided to do it a little differently this year. I hardly train and prepare for another successful year on the track, but I also felt that I needed a little more time than the competition. So I decided not to race individually this season indoors. “
The Dutch athlete also added,
“It gives me the opportunity to process everything that happened and give a priority of more things outside the sport that matters to me.”
The pain will be seen next time in the European Closed Area Championship, which will be held at her homeland in the Netherlands. They will also aim to defend their 400m obstacle at the World Athletic Championships, which will be held later this year in Tokyo.
