Federal Judge “abolishes the LED” activist and unchangedly cannot be deported so far

The Federal Judge in Colorado issued an order on Friday that blocked immigration officials from the deportation of “abolition of ice” activists and an illegal immigrant Jeanette Vizguerra Before hearing scheduled for next week.
The command sets a temporary ban on local officials of ICE Johnny Choate and Ernesto Santacruz, DHS secretary Kristo Noem and US Attorney General Pam Bonda to order Vizguerre removal, while its case considers the 10th Court of Appeal.
Vizguerra, 53, has been illegally present in the country for years. After the deportation command was announced against her, Vizguerra voluntarily left the country in 2012, only to return illegally a year later.
While he was in the United States, Vizguerra became an open proponent of the abolition of ice and reforms Immigration laws be permissible.

Ice was arrested on Monday in Aurora in Colorado, a move that created a national controversy with many democrats and media that rushed in her defense.
Mayor of Denver Mike Johnston He was among those who condemned Vizguerra arresting, saying, “This is not the implementation of immigration. This is a political persecution of political dissidents in the Soviet style under the guise of performing immigration.”

The command on Friday, issued by US District Judge Nina Wang, said: “In the light of these unusual circumstances, this court respects that the ban is required to preserve the status quo and allow this court the opportunity to consider the questions they asked both sides.”
The command states that the government officers “will not remove” Vizguerra until the court or 10th round leaves the order.
Although the command claims that the case of Vizguerra is “asking questions,” said Andrew Arthur, a former immigration referee and a policy expert at the Immigration Studies Center, said Fox News Digital, the case is simple.

“This is a woman who has illegally entered the United States twice … She is subject to removal from the United States and she has been removed,” Arthur said. “Simply because she spoke against immigration policy in the United States, does not make her immune from removal.

“It’s almost like a person who robbed a bank, goes to prison, robbing another bank, and then complains about the criminal system in the United States,” he said. “Simply because you are thinking about the rate of prison in this country does not mean that you will still not be subject to some kind of response because of your subsequent illegal activity.”
Matt O’Brien, director of an investigation at the Immigration Reform Reform Reform Institute, a group of guards opposed to abuse against the immigration law, told Fox News Digital that, despite the restlessness, he believes that the arrest of Vizguerra “100% justified.”

He said that “the only reason for” Vizguerra has avoided arrest for so long “because the states are Colorado and the Administration of Biden Saugusians to help her remain in the United States by applying the wrong policies that have encouraged more soft behavior and left Americans less safe and safe.”

Tail. Gabe EvansR-COLO., Congressman’s freshman whose district includes parts of the northern Denver, also commented on the Vizguerra case, saying that Fox News Digital proved that Democrats in Colorado were not honest in being able to help deport criminal foreigners.
Evans said that Democrats in Colorado “always say that they want to cooperate with the Federal Government to remove criminal illegal immigrants and that they will honor the court orders signed by the federal judges. Jeanette Vizguerra qualifies for both of these categories, and yet democrats are still opposed to her arrest, proven that she is not even able to go to Statura.
