Director Kennedy Center wants a Republican attendance, “all” to feel welcome

President Donald Trump, after traveling and re-fulfilling the members of the Board of Directors of the Center and announced that he was elected president, named Grenell for his leader on February 10th. Grenell was previously the acting director of the National Intelligence Service and is a long -standing adviser to the president’s foreign policy.
“Look, it’s a reality, Kennedy Center is open to work for everyone,” Grenell said Handcuffs Host Sean Hannity. “We just want an artistic center that celebrates art – we want the arts of Common Sense.”
Grenell also addressed Records showing in the center were canceled because of Trump’s administration.
“The new team at the Kennedy Center didn’t cancel anyone,” he explained. “I know there are some rumors that somehow, we canceled the shows. We didn’t cancel anyone. They pulled out, or they were told that, because of the ticket sales, it was not good enough.”

One popular show that canceled plans to perform at the Kennedy Center was the production of Broadway “Hamilton”.
The producer of the show, Jeffrey Seller, announced an official statement on social media on Wednesday, explaining the choice.
“This latest Trump action means not Kennedy Center as we knew,” said the creator of the show, Lin-Manuel Miranda, in a joint interview on Wednesday with the seller, reports New York Times. “The Kennedy Center is not created in this spirit and we will not be part of it while Trump Kennedy Center. We just won’t be part of it.”
“I think it’s intolerant,” Grenell said. “And that’s one of the things Donald Trump really brought back to Washington, America, to Kennedy Center – say everyone is welcome.”
Grenell floated the possibility of organizing the show during the holidays, celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ. He emphasized that under his leadership Kennedy Center would strive to host programs that will be “very popular”.

“We cannot still have an artistic center that makes financial decisions that constantly pull us into a hole,” he said. “We need popular shows – we need shows that the public will come.”
