Civil War in the Australian Crite! Usman Khawai accuses Ian Healy, Queensland of lying about his injury
Khawai usman, veteran Australian opening, answered the controversy around his absence from the match of Sheffield Shield 2024-25. The veteran body said the Queensland crisisland and the cricket of Australia were completely aware of his knee injury and added that they had been devastated by their claims.
Khawa’s USman missed the match with Sheffield Shield’s Queensland against southern Australia in Karen Rolton Oval last week due to a knee injury. However, his absence became a conversational point when he was seen attending the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne, while Queensland was preparing for fixing.
Queensland officials call into question the absence of USman Khawai in the middle of an injury request
Queensland Crown Director General Joe Dawes stated that the Committee was not aware of any lower leg injuries. He expressed disappointment because of the decision of Khawaja to miss the match, adding that he had the opportunity to play, but did not take it.
“She’s just disappointing that he didn’t play a game for Queensland when he had the opportunity,” Joe Dawes said.
The member of the Queensland Cricket Committee Ian Healy has accused Khawai of the “Selection Mentality” in his later years.
“This is exactly the mentality of the choice and voter that was visible in his later years in which Queensland was not satisfied,” Healy said in the Sen radio show.
Usman Khawai defends himself in the midst of a controversy about injury
Khawa’s USman defended his injury and the decision to attend the Australia’s Grand Prix after missing the Sheffield Shield match in Queensland against South Australia. Khawaja called Joe Dawes, stating that he gave “inflammatory” comments.
“A lot of disinformation is thrown around. The most disappointing was that I was trying to keep it as internal behind the scenes. Obviously no longer,” Khawai said.
“Joe Dawes came out the other day and said a few inflammatory things, which was really disappointing to me as a player, and after that I felt like I had to speak and say something, and give my side a story,” he added.
Usman Khawai says physics are fully aware of his injury
The 38-year-old rejected Joe Dawes’s claim that the Queensland medical staff was not aware of his knee injury, calling it “100% wrong.” He stated that both Queensland and Australian Team Physis were informed.
“Joey said medical staff had no idea. That’s 100% wrong. I talked to both of our physics. I spoke with an Australian physiologist. I talked to the Australian physiologist all the time. It’s on our athlete management system (AMS),” Khawai said.
“My Hammy was reported. Everything is here. Everyone knew about it. It was probably one of the most solemn things I heard. It was really disappointing because it was categorically falsehood. So I just wanted to clean it, that Physis 100% knew about my injury to Hammy.”
Khawaja has confirmed that he will play for Queensland in the upcoming Sheffield Shield final against South Australia. The title conflict should be played at Karen Rolton oval in Adelaide, starting on March 26.
