Bumgarner, 30, initially told the officers that he had “hit” something on the road and returned home from “events” with voters, the report said.
The authorities noticed that one of the front tires of his vehicle was straight and “barely staying on the edge”, and Bumgardner’s eyes are “red and shiny” with “a strong scent of alcoholic beverage from his breath as he spoke.”
The report noted that Bumgarner “seemed very nervous”, “had a slight stain in his speech” and in the beginning denied that she had anything to drink when he was questioned.

Bumgarner can be seen on a shot that stumbles because he is unable to follow the officers’ instructions during the tests. The report says Bumgarner has made four attempts to complete the standard “walk and rotation” test and has not passed.

Bumgarner was removed from his leading positions and tasks of the Committee “Until Further”, state ambassador Matt Ritter, President of the Connecticut House of Representatives, confirmed for Fox News Digital.
“I am disappointed and disappointed after hearing the arrest of Ambassador Bumgardnera for driving under the influence,” Ritter said in a statement. “I talked to Aundré, and he understands that he has to take full responsibility every day and work to win the confidence of his voters and colleagues. Aundré is a dedicated and compassionate young man, and he is clear from his conversation with him to own this very serious mistake.”
Bumgarner was re -elected to the house 2022 and serves as an assistant leader of the majority of the Democratic MP. He is also a member of the Finance, Environment, Energy and Transport Committee.
“I recognize the seriousness of this situation and I am dedicated to taking the necessary steps to ensure that this is never happening again,” Bumgarner said. “My family, friends, colleagues and residents of the 41th districts, whom I am honored with service, I sincerely apologize for my actions and disappointments I have caused.”
