“Bachelorette” Alum Deanna Pappas was arrested in February for accusations of battery against her ex -husband, Stephen Stagliana.

On March 7, the star of reality television filed a limiting order against Stagraan, ordering him to be 100 meters away from her.
According to the documents obtained by Fox News Digital, Stalleano arrived at the Pappa house to pick up his daughter, Addison, 11, share a son, Austin, 9.

Pappas said Stalleano called the police around midnight. According to Pappas, her ex -husband told officers who replied that she was drunk and was arrested and reserved for accusations of battery.
“Stephen told the sheriff that I was an aggressor who attacked him, which was false. At no point I asked me to test alcohol despite Stephen’s charges. In fact, the clerk who arrested me did not worry that I was drunk at all,” she wrote.

Pappas explained that after being released from prison, she volunteered to test alcohol and drugs, and tested both negatively with both.
Pappas’s representative did not immediately respond to the Fox News Digital request for comment.
