Development comes after Florida Governor Ron Desantis said controversial influences are not welcome in the country.
Authorities in the United States announced the launch of the criminal investigation of controversial influences on social media Andrew and Tristan Tate.
James Uthmeier, Attorney General of the US state Florida, said on Tuesday that he had directed his office “to cooperate with our partners to implement the law to conduct a preliminary investigation” brothers.

In a separate investigation, the British authorities also sought the arrest of the brothers on the raping charges and trade in people.
The Tate brothers deny all the allegations against them.
The Romanian authorities set Tates under the ban on traveling while exploring the case.
Romanian prosecutors, however, announced on Thursday that the ban on travel was abolished and that US passports were returned.

After landing in Florida last week, Republican governor Ron Desantis said the brothers were not welcome in the country.
“Florida is not a place where you are welcome with this kind of behavior,” he told reporters.
“I do not know how this came to this … We were not involved, we were not informed,” Desantis added, because he called on the Attorney General to examine whether the state authorities could have any jurisdiction over any of his alleged crimes.
Andrew Tate, 38, in return accused Desantis of gluing himself for media pressure and said he had the right to visit the country of his citizenship.
He added that he had not violated the laws and never tried, let alone convicted, for the crime.
