(Reuters) – Allegro Microsystems Sensory Circle provider attracts the interest of taking over a larger competitor on the semiconductor, Bloomberg News reported on Sunday, citing people familiar with the issue.
Onsemi has been working with advisers in recent months to follow Allegro, according to the Bloomberg report, adding that his possible second courtiers for Allegro could appear, and the company did not indicate whether it would be open to potential sale.
