A family of a student who died in Nashville submits an injustice to a death lawsuit

Family Missouri University student who died during an excursion to Nashville filed a wrong law against death against his former fraternity and brothers of the brothers almost a year after his death.

“After Riley was abandoned, but before his death, he experienced conscious pain and suffering,” he writes in the lawsuit. “As a direct and immediate result of negligence of the defendant, Riley sustained serious injuries, which ultimately resulted in his death on March 22, 2024.”
The lawsuit added that the effort suffered “extreme physical and emotional harm, pain and suffering before his death.”

The lawsuit continued and stated that after the stress was thrown out of the bar, he lost himself without help and came in the wrong direction to the Cumberland River, a four -minute walk from the bar, his brothers’ brothers saw him last.
“Instead of having the support of his brothers, Riley was abandoned himself,” the appeal said.
The lawsuit continued and claims that Setarus roommates saw “that Riley was not in the room and did nothing.”
“There was no search, panic, and no one called 911 to report that Riley failed to make twelve (12) minutes of a hotel in a hotel in more than three hours. The Brothers Brothers did not even think or call Riley’s parents, they simply prepared for the bed and went to sleep,” the lawsuit said.

The medical examiner found that the blood alcohol levels were in pages .228 – more than a double legal limit – when he died and had Delta 9 in his system, according to a toxicology report previously reviewed by Fox News Digital.
