Trump betrays the ultimatum hamas on hostage release, threatening fragile truce
President Trump issued an ultimatum hamasa saying that if all the hostages of Israel are not released from Gaza by noon, then “all hell will fall apart.”
When asked by a journalist for details about what that meant, Mr Trump initially answered: “You will find out, and they will find out. Hamas will find out what I mean.” He then said that he would end the truce was an “Israeli decision”, but that he felt it would be “appropriate” to cancel the agreement if hostages were not released within his time limit.
Mr. Trump made comments about negotiating with hostages while signed executive commands at the White House on Monday.
Hamas said on Monday that the next hostage edition, which was scheduled for Saturday, was postponed after a spokesman Accused Israel of violating the fire interruption agreement targeting the Palestine in gauze with air attacks.
“This includes delays in the permission of displaced Palestinians to return to the northern gauze, targeting them with air attacks and shooting in various areas of the strip and not facilitating the entry of humanitarian aid as agreed,” said Abu Promidi, spokesman for Hamas’s wing, Al-Qassam Brigade Brigade .
Defense Minister Israel Katz said that Hamas’s plan was to delay the next hostage release “complete violation” of the tribute agreement and that he sent the Israeli army to be at the highest warning level. The Prime Minister coordinator told the hostage that the Israeli government intended to fulfill the end of the agreement.
The current six -week agreement on the interruption of fire between Israel and Hamas calls for the release of dozens of hostages trapped during October 7, 2023, terrorist attacks in exchange for approximately 2000 Palestinian prisoners.
But as Mr. Trump threatened to establish the agreement on Monday, he said that on Saturday the hostage edition was delayed – which had to be involved in the release of three hostages held by Hamas in exchange for release of hundreds of Palestinian prisoners – should include everything remaining hostages.
“I would say that they should pay them back until 12 o’clock on Saturday,” said Mr. Trump, “… All of them, not in a drop and precious, not two and three and four and two.”
Foreign exchanges have made five replacements since the truce came into force last month, releasing 18 hostages, Including Keith Siegelwhich has a double American Israeli nationality and over 730 Palestinian prisoners.
AND the latest exchangewhich happened on February 8th, it caused some alarm because of the tortured state of three male hostages that Hamas released. The hostage forum and the missing families said that three men’s hostages “I endured hell” after seeing men’s condition.
Negotiations on the second phase of the trial – which broke out the US, Qatar and Egypt – they started, but Mr. Trump may have complicated the situation last week suggesting that he could “take” gaza now.
The plan presented by the president, to which he has not given up, has attracted providential support from the administration of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, but many nations in the region and around the world have been rounded up, including Israel’s neighbors to which Mr. Trump said that the population was gaza should be moved.
