The army identified the third solider that was *inside the Black Hawk helicopter, which is a deadly collision near the Reagan National Airport on Wednesday on Wednesday, after it was initially retained.

CPT. Rebecca M. Lobach, from Durham, North Carolina, served as an airline officer in the army since July 2019 and had about 500 hours of flying time at Black Hawk below her belt.
