The Supreme Court stops the efforts of Trump administrator to reject the head of the whistleblower protection agency

The United States Supreme Court paused the efforts of Trump’s administration to dismiss the head of an independent agency charged with the investigation of a whistle request while the president seeks to process the Federal Government.
The decision allows Hampton Dellingerappointed Biden to remain head of the special lawyer’s office until February 26. The High Court has retained that deadline and by then it will not take any further measures.
Trump’s administration has asked the court to cancel the temporarily renovation of the lower court Dellinger. It is scheduled to consider hearing a district court whether to expand a break on Dellinger’s crack.

Liberal judges Sonia Sotomayor and Ketanja Brown Jackson voted directly to deny the administration request to shoot in order.
Conservative judges Neil Gorsuch and Samuel Alito did not separate, saying that the lower court had exceeded and doubted whether the courts had the authority to return to the office of someone the president had dismissed. Although he admitted that some officials named the president challenged their removal, Gorsch wrote in his opinion that “these officials mostly sought medicines like Backpay, not a representative reliefs such as re -establishment.”
