According to the Waukesh County District Attorney’s Office, prosecutors have accused 34-year-old Hank Glembre from Novi Berlin with two points of identity theft and two points for a false representation of a peace officer after claiming in January that he is an American agent of a border patrol in January.

Glembin allegedly wore a black hat with a “CBP” pointed with a yellow, green vest over a black jacket and khaki pants, according to the offices of officers in appeal.
Prosecutors said the officer also noticed that Glembin was visible on his clothes “DHS, CBP-BPA and HD Glembin agent.” In addition to false logo on his clothes, the officer noted that Glembin had a case and a gun, which “seemed legitimate”, attached to his belt. Glembin also had a white light mounted on one shoulder and a red light mounted on his other shoulder, the appeal read.
According to the appeal, the officer said that Glembin then took out an ID card that read the “Homeland Security Department” together with his image. Despite the fact that the clerk told Glembin that public works would take care of the dead deer, he pulled him into the ditch “undiscovered”.
Through further investigation, prosecutors said the police confirmed that Glembin’s uniform “is not consistent” with those who are worn out by US agents border patrols.

Glembin was supposed to hear on February 13, and the court issued him a $ 2,000 bond, according to court records.
