Federal judge appointed by former President Biden temporarily blocks the Ministry of Government Elona Musk (Doge) to access his personal records on Department of Education (Done) as part of its reduction of costs.
Judge Deborah to the Greenbelt Committee, Maryland, issued a temporary restraint order on Monday Doge’s approach Records in DOD containing personal sensitive information about Americans, including financial data relating to federal student loans.
The command stems from the lawsuit filed against the administration that claims “agencies illegally enabled access to the minutes containing their personal information (” PII “) staff conducting the president’s executive commands on the reach.”

“Considering the amended appeal, the briefing three, a limited record, an oral argument and recent decisions of other courts in similar cases, the court reveals that prosecutors have fulfilled their burden for the extraordinary relief they seek,” the ruling reads. “Three is partly approved and partly rejected.”

The last verdict against Doge comes from the same judge who blocked the President in early February Donald Trump Executive command ends the nationality of birth.
