The verdict comes after the City of Baltimore, the National Association of Various Officers in Higher Education, the American University Professor Association and the United Restaurant Centers – which represents workers in restaurants – sued Trump’s administration over executive orders, calling them presidential exaggeration. and anti-lambing speech.

The second federal lawsuit was also filed in the US District Court for the Columbia District on Wednesday, aiming to Trump’s executive commands Dei. The new appeal was filed by the Fund for Legal Defense NAACP -Ai Lambda Legal on behalf of non -profit advocacy organizations.

White Harrison Fields spokesman said both lawsuits represented “nothing more than the extension of the left resistance,” adding to the New York Times statement that the administration was “ready to deal with them in court.”
