The host against Trump HBO John Oliver still hopes he has reached the presidential voters

John Oliver, a liberal comedian and host “last week” tonight “at HBO, said during an interview on Sunday that he hoped his show talked to President Donald Trump’s supporters despite opposition to the President.
On CBS “60 minutes”, Bill Whitaker’s correspondent pointed out that Oliver told his viewers not to vote for Trump on the eve of the 2024 presidential election, but that, despite the complication, “more than 77 million people voted for Donald Trump.” Whitaker then asked, “Does your show tell them?”
“I really hope to say that to some of them, yes, because most of these main stories we are talking about are not really political parties. These are permanent problems that were there the last two or three presidents before, and may be there for – after the next Two or three, “Oliver replied.
Oliver said CBS -ov Stephen Colbert 17 February that he recently became a US citizen -a that he would stay in America, despite suggesting that it was a ship under Trump’s administration.

Oliver said earlier in an interview, “I will not sit here and say that this is not a partisan matter, say,” Do not vote for Donald Trump. “I think it’s good advice.”
Comedianwho was born in the UK, he said during an interview that he married an American.
“I married someone who is very American, yes. She was a doctor in the US army. And now we’re married to two American children,” he said.
Whitaker also asked Oliver’s regular stabs directed at the United States -he asked if he was concerned with criticism that they were having fun in America means he doesn’t love the country.
“Yes. I mean, I just think it’s extremely absurd. I think you can criticize something because you love it. Because you love it and want it to get better,” Oliver said.

Whitaker also asked a comedian about what he wanted to do next.
“Except – I live in the president’s Gulagovi in the future? This shows me a crystal ball. America has systemic problems, we will be there to entertain them.”

During Oliver’s conversation with Colbert, Oliver said they were “Suboptimal Time in Human History”, referring to Trump’s administration.
