Tens of thousands of people packed to the Beirut stadium to attend Funeral of former Hezbollah leaderAlmost five months after being killed in an Israeli air attack on the southern suburb of the Lebanese capital.

Hezbollah set giant screens along the airport road and outside the stadium for people who would not get space inside to watch the funeral. Solid security measures include closing the main roads in the funeral area and stopping flights to the airport and from Beirut for four hours. The Lebanese army and police are on standby, and the use of drones in Beirut and its suburbs is banned during the day.

A few hours before the funeral began, the Israeli army launched a number of attacks in South Lebanon.
