The al-Sharaa Syrian leader landed to Saudi Arabia on the first side of the trip since he dropped Assad

Syrian temporary President Ahmed al-Sharaa has embarked on his first international journey on Sunday, visiting Saudi Arabia in what seems to be an effort to get Damascus’s turn separated from Iran as his primary regional ally.
