Tariffs to Mexico, Canada delayed while China announces a counter tariff to some American products

After 25% of tariffs on the goods from Canada and Mexico, it was stopped for 30 days, 10% of tariffs on Chinese goods came into force at midnight. Shortly thereafter, China announced 10-15% counter tariffs on some US products that would take effect on February 10th.
