Rory Feek reveals that not the biological father of daughter Hopie


Country Singer Rory Feek’s She speaks her daughter after revealing that she was not her biological father.

Hopie, 36, was taken to Instagram to slam her father in an emotional post and call Rory’s actions “extremely disappointing”.

“When I was talking to Rory, my request was to be kind and not ashamed of my mom. Today he shared her private history on his blog, which is extremely disappointing,” Hopie started her long post on social networks.

Her comments come after Rory shared a post on a blog called, “Second Daddy,” “… this news and this blood test does not change me,” Rory wrote. “I love you as my daughter and I will always.”

He explained that the deadline of his ex -wife, when it was expected to have Rory, did not match when he returned from a six -month deployment with the Marines.

When Rory asked his ex -wife if Hopie was his daughter, she firmly said yes.

“I am disappointed and sad that it took three decades to learn it. But the truth is … Mostly it hurts for Hopie,” Rory wrote in his blog post.

“Hopie has such a gentle heart, filled with children’s miracle and light, even in the darkest days. It is hearty that she had to deal with such an incredible amount of pain and loss in her relatively short life.”

In response to Rory’s blog post, Hopie also noted that she regretted sharing that she was bisexual with the country singer, writing that he “hated and judged”. She also claimed that she used her information for the sale of books.

“From now on, I just want my stories to be mine to tell and share,” Hopie concluded her post on Instagram. “I want to move forward and find happiness with people who love me, away from this internet hatred.”

A family quarrel comes a few months after Rory revealed that he recently tried to visit his oldest daughters, Heidi and Hopie, in the midst of their constant family dispute over the parenting of their 10 -year -old sister Indiana.

“We have always been ongoing and I feel pretty sure we will always be,” he admitted. “There are things that my older daughters and we have to work together. We are currently in the downtime that this will ever happen.”
