He will probably need the support of every Republican committee, assuming that democratic senators do not bypass. No Democrats on the Committee said they were planning to vote to improve Kennedy.
The candidate for HHS managed to get the support of two sometimes hesitant Republicans to Sons. Todd Young, R-Ind., And Thom Tillis, Rn.c., already.
