“So, the Committee will definitely have to appoint a major coach for the NZ Tour, but that meeting could be temporary, someone from the National High Performance Center because PCB did not begin the procedure for appointment of a permanent main coach.”
The source also added that the PCB is most likely to appoint a new main coach before the start of the next championship cycle in the ICC World Test Championship this year.
