The new allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs have appeared, and the man accused the closed rapper of drugging him and raping at the 2012 Night Club in New York.
According to court charges, the man who was 17 at the time paid the ejector to enter the club and was invited to the Combs’ private table, where he was given multiple vodka shots.
The prosecutor claims that after consuming drinks, he “began be blurred and disoriented” and felt “losing consciousness and control over his body.”
Combs consistently denied charges against him in numerous civil lawsuits, and previously marked them “sick”. BBC asked for a response from his team in new allegations.
In court documents called John Doe, the prosecutor claims that he was taken to the back room at the Soho Club where people used drugs and engaged in an escort.
He said he realized that the drinks that had been given to him were pointed and “influence his abilities.”
In his statement, the plaintiff says that he entered and came out of consciousness and even though he was aware of what was happening, he could not stop it.
The statement states that the “helpless” prosecutor raped Combs in the back room of the nightclub.
In a BBC statement in response to separate federal criminal complaints, the Combs lawyer said: “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually attacked or proved anyone – a man or a woman, an adult or a minor.”
The new allegations come as another rapper, Kanye West, invited President Donald Trump to say goodbye to Combs before his upcoming trial.
The 24-plow winner Grammy expressed his support on X, publishing a direct petition to Trump: “Free Puff,” West wrote, followed by another post that marked the president: “@realdonaldrdrump, release my brother Puff.”
At the beginning of February, a lawyer representing the accusers said there were plans Send more than 10 additional civic suits against Combs.
Combs is currently facing more than 30 civil lawsuits cited by sexual abuse and inconsistent behavior.
He was held at a New York prison who was waiting for a federal criminal trial of sex trade and recovery.
