The iconic baby brand abolishes the tooth product after the baby has been sent to an ambulance after use.

On January 31, Gerber announced the recall of his soothing rods for chewing teeth.

“The recall was initiated after receiving consumer complaints at the suffocation incident,” Gerber said in a statement. “One visit to the ambulance has been recorded to date.

The products were distributed in 45 countries plus Portoctor, including: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Masland, Michigan Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tenneese, Texas, Utah, Virginia Washington and Wisconsin.

States exempted from distribution were Alaska, North Dakota, Wyoming, Louisiana and Wyoming. According to Gerber, the products are “distributed across the country online, and distribution centers and retail stores in the following countries and territories”.

The tooth products arrived in two flavors: strawberry strawberry and banana. Under the recall and interruption, they are limited only to these two flavors.

The announcement emphasized that the parents who bought chewing sticks “should not feed this product to their child and can return the product to the seller where they were purchased for a refund.”

“Anyone worried about injury or illness should contact a health care provider,” the statement said. “For any additional support, Gerber is available 24/7 to 1-800-4-4-Gerber (1-800-443-7237).”

“We cooperate with the American Food and Medicines Directorate (FDA) at this recall,” Gerber added to them. “We sincerely apologize for any care or inconvenience that this action represents to parents, carers and retail customers.”

It is rare for Gerber to recall the product, but it has happened in the past. 2021., Gerber Baby Formula This was withdrawn because it potentially contained harmful bacteria wrongly shipped to dozens of merchants after the recall was launched.
