France “returned to the AI race”, President Emmanuel Macron declared on Monday night a summit of the artificial intelligence of Paris. His comments followed only a few days after élysée and UAE announced their agreement on the development of a huge AI campus and data center in France. However, experts warn that a race to dominate the sector with mass investments in AI infrastructure comes with a unique challenge expensive.
