French farmers require changes in policy in relation to too many taxes

Last year, during the Paris agriculture, many farmers protested against the Government of Macron, demanding better measures for their work. This year, the fair looks more peaceful with the arrival of French President Emmanuel Macron, but calls to changes in politics and a greater recognition of the agricultural sector last. Andrew Smith, a lecturer for liberal art at Queen Mary, a University of London, joined us to explain the importance of agriculture in France, her culture and politics.
