The statement said: “A sports interactive regret that he informed that, after an extensive internal discussion and careful consideration with SEG, we made a difficult decision to cancel a football manager 25 and transfer our focus to the next edition.
“We know that this will come as a great disappointment, especially since the release date has already moved twice, and you have eagerly expected that the first discovery of playing.
“We have always been proud to have delivered the best value for the monetary games that bring you countless hours of enjoyment, which feel worth every moment and every penny you spend. With the launch of the FM25, we intended to create the biggest technical and visual progress in the generation series, setting up construction blocks for the new era.
“Because of the various challenges we have been open to the present, and many more unforeseen, we have not currently achieved what we intended to do in enough areas of the game, despite the phenomenal efforts of our team. Each decision to delay was made with the aim of approaching the desired level, but as we approached the critical turning point at the turn of the year, it became unmistakably clearly that we would not achieve the standard standard, even with a custom weather tape.
“We could have pressed, let FM25 in their current state and fix things down – but this is not right. We were also not willing to cross March because it would be too late in the football season so we would expect players to buy another game later in the year then .
SI say they remain hoping to fulfill the deadline for releasing FM26.
