Fear of flying? Flight passengers reveal top -notch rituals before boarding

Many Americans can be worried about flying given some of the recent news news.
There are some passengers who have always been worried about boarding a plane – and who practice certain rituals to help them give them peace while in the air.
Brian Morris of Salt Lake City, Utah, created “Flight Deck: Fear of Flying Flash Card” to create and share tips for nervous leaflets that will be used during take -off procedures.
Morris shared a video on Tiktoca, noting that some Anxiety flyers Tap to the side of the plane as they board – and ask others to share their own rituals.

Morris said he saw and heard of many different aircraft rituals that people practice over time.
