US Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Wednesday praised President El Salvadori Nayib Bukele to close US citizens to help President Donald Trump “Outsourcing” US prison, calling him a “friendship offer.” El Salvador opened the biggest prison in Latin America last year to accept tens of thousands of prison under Bukele’s huge suppression of violent gangs.
